“if people don’t like their state’s view of sexuality then they can move.”

Laws on interpersonal relationships ARE outside the pervue of State Government. States don’t have a Constitutional Right to regulate interpersonal relationships that do not involve prostitution. Religious nutcakes in Texas don’t have any business “legislating” other’s personal sexual behavior. Looks as though the Fifth Circuit and the SCOTUS have agreed. The idea that people would have to move to be able to use sex toys is a laughable notion. Good for the courts on this one.

Which interpersonal relationships are you speaking of? A buyer and a seller? That is what is being regulated, not the use of the sex toys. It's not illegal to own or use them. If you want to buy one, cross the state lines and buy one, or move.

What part of the Constitution guarantees the right to sell sex toys? The same part that guarantees the right to sell marijuana?

Conservatives don’t run to the courts whenever they meet a law they don’t like. They get the legislature to repeal it.

Having a J-O-B is no different than prostitution. Both "employees" and "hookers" sell rent their bodies for munny, hunny.

(Why is bold and strong not working for me on my browser? Did HTML change again?)
