The first post I found for this was the Judicial Watch story. Their site has it dated April 14th, 2015.

But searching Google for it shows a number of sites have picked up the story today linking the JW story...including FoxNews. So I am thinking JW made a typo in their dateline.

I distinctly remember this story from awhile back, probably a year ago, May have been from another source. I remember because I was going to be driving through that area.
