I agree he is more conservative than Cruz.
At the Trump rallies when Rubio’s name is mentioned Trump stops the booing by saying, “No we don’t go after him anymore. He’s out. He’s honestly a nice man.”
I don’t think Rubio is eliminated from Trump’s Vice list.
And still kicking the other guys ass.
I hope trump just gets to 1237 and picks his own VP of choice.
Por favor Sr. Natural Born U.S. ciudadano da un dólar así que podemos comprar algunos votos.
Kinda like Carson, I don’t think that Rubio is ready yet. Just my opinion, but I think you’re right that he could be mentored, as long as we can find a way to insulate him against the corruption of the party. I’m not sure it’s too late to turn him around.
I’m thinking much the same about Ben Carson; he could be mentored and learn how to be an executive if he had a mind to do so.
I thought that Trump and Cruz could learn a lot from each other when this election started, but I’m seriously souring on Ted.
“I dont think Rubio is eliminated from Trumps Vice list.”
Doesn’t matter what Donnie wants. No way “Little Marco” goes over to the dark side of faux Conservative.
“And still kicking the other guys ass.”
Yeah. Just who’s ass has been bloodied the last few weeks?
You were in the country to see Utah, Colorado, North Dakota, Louisiana, and Wisconsin these past few weeks, right?
Rubio was already ON the dark side, genius.
He might still be converted back if he renounces amnesty and the gang of 8.
No. I think Donnie stands alone now.
Marco realizes his error, and he’s not going to go there.
However, you may want to check Deceptive Donnie’s position on amnesty, because he sounds an awful lot like Marco lately.
*Snrk*
Wow, talk about simplistic defense mechanisms.
You’re not showing the signs of a paid hack just yet, so I’m just going to snort derisively at the constant Cruz cultist tantrums.
Oh. You didn’t know?
Donnie now believes in the merit system to amnesty that Marco first espoused. They now propose exactly the same thing.
Guess you missed that...
Yep, and your lord and god Cruz isn’t going to deport them at all.
If all you can do is pull something out of an interview from July 2015, then you probably realize that you’ve lost the argument.
Still Cruz cultist tantrums, especially since we were talking about Rubio and you had to start sobbing and wailing about the nasty mister Trump.
I could be wrong, though; that IS paid shill behavior.
Actually, it was much more recently that Donnie made his current position clear.
Here are a couple of excerpts of interviews with Donnie from February 2016:
On Friday's broadcast of MSNBC's "Morning Joe," Trump said he was "a very big believer in the merit system" to "work something out" for "some of these people have been here, they've done a good job. You know, in some cases, sadly, they've been living under the shadows."
Nearly all journalists tend to think the most important immigration question is what should be done with the millions of illegal immigrants already in this country. I hope candidates will learn to say, "That's the wrong question. The right question is what can we do to minimize the harm that having a large illegal population does to the wages of American workers."
But Trump answered:
Well, the first thing we do is take the bad ones, of which there are, unfortunately, quite a few. We take the bad ones, and get them the hell out. . . . We have to get the bad ones out. Then the other ones -- and I'm a very big believer in merit system. I have to tell you. Because some of these people have been here, they've done a good job. You know, in some cases, sadly, they've been living under the shadows, etc. etc. We have to do something. So, whether it's merit or whether it's whatever, but I'm a believer in the merit system. If somebody's been outstanding, we try and work something out. But before we do anything, Joe, we have to secure the border...." Those comments are in line with an earlier report from TMZ.com:
Donald Trump says if he's elected president, he'd let undocumented workers who are productive stay in the United States, but if they just sponge off the system and don't contribute ... he'd have them deported. . . . Trump tells TMZ he'd create a "system of merit," saying people here illegally should have "a road to legal status" if they work hard and contribute to the country. . . . Trump also says no one really knows how many people are in the U.S. illegally -- he cites different stats that show the figure is somewhere between 11 and 30 million. Trumps says it's unrealistic and inhumane to attempt to deport all of them. Thus, the merit system. He says many undocumented workers are "hardworking people" who deserve a chance to live the American dream.
I hope deporting 12 million people wasn't a big issue you were counting on with Donnie. Of course, give it 24 hours. He'll probably change his position again.
Thaaaaaaat’s from July 2015.
A simple Google search of various key phrases will bring that up.
Not that it really matters to the argument. But what else can I say to this argument? There is no A-to-B here. It’s going, “Rubio was a bad candidate because of Gang of 8.” Followed by, “I HATE YOU DONALD TRUMP! WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
But I’m talking about this because you’re mocking me saying that I got the dates wrong, when in fact I got the article date correct and you’re the one who’s wrong.
Oh, and I’m changing my mind; you’re definitely a paid shill. We were talking about Rubio and you went throwing a tantrum about what Trump said 10 months ago.
Twit.
“Thaaaaaaats from July 2015.”
No. Actually it’s not.
Why don’t you move your fingers to the Google page search “Trump” and “amnesty” and look at an article that pops up from February 19, 2016 article at numbersusa.com, which clearly says that the first quote was from the previous week.
Anybody who really wants to know the actual truth can do so.
I’m sorry to inform you with a Deceptive Donnie position that’s causing your head to explode. It must be awfully disappointing to know that he’s a fraud.
Notice I’m the calm, rational one here who has presented you with facts.
I’m not the one throwing a tantrum with a bunch of hystrionics, capital letters, exclamation points, and wild allegations.
I suggest you research the candidates’ positions a little closer in the future before deciding on who you are going to vote for.
Rubio is an anchor baby. Both parents were illegals when he was born.
Yes, genius, and the exact same article popped up in the Washington Times in July.
Learn to Google instead of sobbing.
qq moar plox.
Not worried.
Robot Rubio has accomplished nothing and has been unwilling to bother to show up for Senate votes. Nobody twisted his arm to join the Gang of 8. He behaved like a jerk during one of the debates and his jabbering about Trump’s fingers was absurd. Besides, he is not a nbc.
