Maybe Cruz needs to bend the knee and bow before His Majesty. My prediction is that if Trump doesn’t get beyond 1,100 he will never be nominated. Cruz will pluck him like a chicken in the second ballot! President Cruz! Has a nice ring to it!
I bet Hillary would love Cruz as the nominee. Two reasons. She’ll yell everyday that Cruz won 4 primaries and the media will protect her. Second. Glenn beck. His videos will be played daily and the media wil protect her. Cruz not having any trump supporters will make it very difficult for Cruz to win the general.

Here is reality for you:
If Trump falls short of a majority of delegates, he will cut a deal with Kasich, Rubio... or Cruz.
One of the three will agree to release their delegates on the first ballot in exchange for the VP spot.
Nobody can stop it. Kasich and Rubio have reached a dead end in their political careers and will take the deal in a second. They probably dream about it every night.

Bound delegates can’t vote unless their man is nominated . No nomination without 8 state majority-— EVER. Rules are rules. Explain this “plucking” again. You actually only count those qualified ( having a nominated candidate) to vote in calculating the “majority”. With 400 bound and unable to vote, only 1037 need to push Trump over the Top!
