The rules for the Ohio GOP delegates are clear: the delegates HAVE to vote for the candidate that won the primaries, irrespective of whether he subsequently suspended his campaign or not.
I already provided the relevant links in my last post to you. Sleazy tRump can't steal Kasich’s delegates after losing Ohio to Kasich.

Step back from the pipe and take a breath. Its the Ohio term to ensure the State has a Candidate. So if he drops out aka quits hes incapacitated as the standard bearer for Ohio. If done before the Convention Vote, its automatic. So stop trying to make it about votes at the convention.
