There WAS a vote among Colorado Republicans. Anyone registered as a Republican 30 days prior was eligible to vote. See this for a history recital and timeline: https://www.conservativereview.com/commentary/2016/04/yes-donald-colorado-did-vote-on-march-1.

See here for a first person description of how local voting took place on Super Tuseday: http://www.weeklystandard.com/inside-a-colorado-caucus/article/2001928

They VOTED to elect delegates that then REPRESENTED them in electing the final delegates that would REPRESENT them at the Convention.

Representative government. You might be familiar with it. You elect representives and senators at both the State and Federal level. It’s a form of government that has been around a long time.

An article in The Colorado Independent providing in - depth information on voting and how the process works. http://www.coloradoindependent.com/156936/colorado-republican-caucuses.

It’s good to be informed.

I tried to go to a “caucus” and the website said “registration is now closed” and could not find the place to go.

And the caucuses are held for maybe an hour. You show up at 7:30 somewhere and are supposed to be able to figure out who your delegate is.

Quit misrepresenting what went on in CO.
