I get the real sense—it hit me two days ago—that it really is over for Ted.
He just doesn’t know it yet.
It is like when a war is won, you look back and try to find the turning point. Many times there is a slight shift of events, and then the tilt becomes irreversible.
Between the CO debacle, Kelly making peace with Trump, Lewandowski not being prosecuted, Trump’s terrific rallies this week,Trump’s brilliant speech tonight and Ted’s bomb of a speech, and the fact Ted will lose to Trump in the next six contests—it’s just over for Ted.
To me the shift started on April 12th.
It is not over, of course, but the handwriting is on the wall for anyone who wants to see it.
