A vanity was posted complaining about the sound quality during Cruz’s speech, the title alluded to the f-word and was pulled. Then, the poster of the vanity posted another vanity, complaining that alluding to the f-word was not indecent or profane, and that vanity was also pulled.

One of hubbys relation was a master tailor. Always in demand from the little I know of him. Believe he came over from Sweden. OTOH my family were a bunch of frontier types all rough and tumble. My grandpa did a lot of different kinds of work from mule Skinner to farming to wild cating for oil. One of his more interesting gigs was as a cook in a lumber camp. The measure of your worth in that particular job was based on how well you made cobbler. :)

It’s almost like a completely different country down there, compared with the northern stripe. I grew up in a pretty small geographic area, but three states. Southern, Wisc, Southern Mich, and northern Indiana. Some local differences to be sure, even in that little bit of variety.
