Yep. Perfect place to do it, perfect time to do it. Reinforces what started what seems like a year ago at that debate.
He did not mention Cruz by name, not once. Good theme. He's a builder and fixer, pays attention, finds people who know how to get it done. No copper tubing, rubber hose! Contiguous pour, and so on.
