It won’t protect him from getting hit with crippling fines. If they were to fine him $1000 per record released, how long before he quit?

Fines are the least of his problems. Look at what happened to the Madam and her secretary.

“It won’t protect him from getting hit with crippling fines. If they were to fine him $1000 per record released, how long before he quit?”

We pay taxes to re-re-rehab drug addicts. We pay taxes to defend, re-defend and re-defend criminals. When that fails or when we think a cause is worthy, Americans start “go fund me pages” for all sorts of people.

The answer to the question, “how long before he would quit?” is; how long would we, the public, support him so we can find out the truth of the matter. It’s pretty naïve to believe that someone who cheats in one way would be above cheating in other ways. These government employees have our national safety in their very hands. It’s not unrealistic to expect a higher standard from them. Activities like the ones in question not only put their lives at risk from blackmailers and extortionists, but that of our nation and its citizens as well. Those who think it important to know the truth should help the man.

That being said; it would be wonderful if he was patriotic enough and brave enough to put everything on the line for the good of his country as he has described what the release of this information would be. The previous release of some of these records brought a lot of justice in more ways than one. Now we need to finish up as an example to anyone else who thinks they can conceal such things.
