On Tuesdays radio program, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin chastised Donald Trump for insisting that the Republican primary system is rigged. The system is not rigged, Levin said, and yet Mr. Trump sounds like an entitled liberal demanding delegates from Colorado without having put in the work to win them. It sounds like Mr. Trump is demanding delegate welfare, said Levin.
The delegate appointment rules in most of these primaries have been established for nearly a century. In Colorado, for example, the rules for this primary process have been in place since 1912. Has the system been corrupt for 100 years? asked Levin. No. This has never been a pure democracy explained Levin. We have a federalist system, and the states determine the rules for their primaries. Its the candidates job to navigate those rules.

Maybe what Rush meant to say is Rubio is a deep throated conservative
Honestly I stopped listening to them all when I really started to “wake up”. I haven’t listened to Rush in probably 7-8 years. Levin, probably 4-5. It’s only podcasts for me anymore, Red Ice Radio, etc. Oddly some of the best atuff I listen to comes from the New Right (or alt-right) out of Europe.
Perhaps you are correct. If I offended you, I apologize for doing so.
The party is in a quandary over the proper path to take. We need the voters to decide by casting their ballot on which is correct. Please cast your ballot, and make your will known. Vote for: 2+2=4 or 1+3=4
You get to choose; and, we will support your choice whatever the will of the people, as long as it comes up four (us).
Now speak as they may, their prior actions speak louder than their words. The choice now is between a group which advocates bait-and-switch by their actions, and a challenger drawing fire for daring to reveal the game played off the field, for illuminating the action taking place in the shadows.
They cry he should heed the rules as they are made up, as they are the arbiter of what constitutes a fair game---yet they back another upon that same field. Make rules for the occasion and decree when and where and to whom they apply. The rules are the rules, and we decide which is right and what is not, it's not yours' to decide which is which.
But we invite you to play a part in the game, just so you won't feel left adrift. We offer the illusion of choice; and, channel grievances safely away from the real operators manipulating the game. All as a public service for your benefit.
Poetic but it doesn’t take away from Levin’s history of fighting against the GOPe in the name of individual Liberty only to be trashed by a newbie to the whole idea of liberty, a confessed and unrepentant crony capitalist who can’t figure out which parts of the federal government are essential and which are not.
No matter whom came to hold the office of the presidency, the congress was established with formidable powers to temper the whims of that individual.
The presidential office’s inherent purpose is to inspire action, to propose worthy goals, to rally defense against threats, to represent the nation to other sovereign powers, and to enforce the laws. The president proposes, congress disposes.
Congress has fallen far short of their stated purpose, allowing usurpation of their inherent power, by presidential fiat and judicial proclamation. As bad as certain actors within the presidential office have abused the position; it, is the lack of action of the constituencies comporting the congress which have led to our predicament. Congress fails to properly represent the peoples of the states, of which they were elected from. Remedy this, and assuage the fears of whom is elected to presidential office. The president is not king; or, the chairman of the central committee.
If Beck wore some mascara that would run when he wept you could even make Cruz/Beck into a Jim and Tammy show of sorts.
