CO was a convention where you voted for a delegate.So... people in CO vote for an unknown person (unknown as far as who they are, who they might vote for, etc.) ?
On what basis do the voters decide what delegates to vote for ?
I am asking because I don't understand this 'vote for a delegate' process.

It’s a lottery. The only scientific way must be word of mouth to know if a delegate will be a cruzer.
