I was out walking with my 5-year-old son one day, when he suddenly stopped and pointed at two dogs humping by the side of the road. He exclaimed, "Dad, Dad! Look at that!"

I didn't want to lay anything heavy on the kid, so I told him, "See? That one dog hurt his foot, and his friend is trying to help him by carrying him home."

My son replied, "Damn, ain't that just like a friend. Help 'em out, and they screw you every time."
