Rules ... long ago? I suppose last August is considered long ago... The only thing that changed is August was that they canceled the straw poll. But since the straw poll had never been used to allocate the delegates, that change did not affect the process used to select the delegates. So yes, the rules used to select the delegates were set long ago.

Their rules were only for to get an intended result.. So they got their result and made Cruz look like that creepy do whatever it takes Iowa politician... Deal with reality and your rules.

Too bad the whiners refuse to research the Colorado selection process. It may not be great, but it is what Colorado decided on.
