Bogus, totally false, claim.
Votes were awarded in direct proportion to the votes cast with a bonus for the candidate with the majority.
That's a reflection of the vote and trying to spin that GOPe damage control lie is either an indication of the ignorance of those who spread it or a clear indication that the one spreading that trash is totally sold out to the GOPe.
