Assuming that applies (that is, not legally over-ridden by bylaws), i see no violation. Phyllis didn't call a meeting to oust anybody, she sent a letter asking for resignations; and the board meeting wasn't for the purpose of ousting a board member, it ousted an executive.
I read another post on this thread that claims there are signs of Cruz players being stymied in an attempt to take over Eagle Forum bank accounts. I'd like to see the request presented to the bank.
