Eagle Forum is a non-profit, correct?

Don’t tax law rules require them to be an issues based advocate only and not endorse specific candidates? You and I probably realize that it was Phyllis herself that was endorsing Trump and not the Eagle Forum, but these days you can’t be too careful when dealing with the IRS.

Eagle Forum is a 501(c)(4) corporation.

Individuals comprising factions within the organization have endorsed opposing candidates.
