If the board members are acting according to their bylaws it’s not a “coup”.
If Obama were impeached for violating the constitution, it would not be a “coup”. It would be justified.
It’s how lawful people wrest control from the unlawful.
Phyllis directly says they are not acting according to bylaws, but are holding illegal meetings, placing their own people in key positions illegally, attempting to purge non-Cruzers from group, and seize control of bank accounts.
what was “unlawful” about Phyllis Schlafly’s endorsement of the Republican front runner?
But they were not, as the article said. And, it is clear that they didn't. No notice meetings not presided over by the President are virtually nowhere legal meetings. There is a uniform nonprofit corporations act adopted by virtually all the states and the district of columbia in some form or other which covers most of these things.
Where does “law” fit into this?
Geesh, you Cruzbots are insane.
Mind explaining to me just how Phyllis Schlafly did anything illegal? Not agreeing with her choice for President is now unlawful? You Cruz people are going off the deep end with this one.
Well they were NOT acting according to their by laws, so there.
Did you not read the article?
"The meeting was invalid under the Bylaws..."
So, now that you know the members WERE NOT acting according to their bylaws, would you still call it lawful or is it a coup?
Except they are violating their own bylaws.
They were not acting in accordance with the law.
They made the mistake of thinking Ms. Schlafly was too old to fight back and would not dare take this public.
She didn’t get to where she is today by being a timid little flower.
Beating up and attempting to steal from an old woman is not popular activities with decent people.
Did you bother to read the article?????
They started off by holding a meeting that was expressly forbidden by the by laws
They were not acting according to the bylaws, hence it was a coup.
Its how lawful people wrest control from the unlawful. It is how unlawful Cruz minions attempt to wrest control from the lawful members.
I would say a pox upon them, yet their incorporeal decrepitude is already a pox.
