BTW - Scruz and Rubio have teamed up in Arkansas for delegates (I sure hope that Manafort starts getting teams in place all over the country - read that Cruz has a very good ground game in OR, too, something like 4 offices already set up. They have about 28 delegates and at this point every pro-Trump delegate counts).
