The gope is always saying that the rules can be changed at the convention, so I’m guessing that Ryan can still get in. Before Walker endorsed Cruz, he had said that the nominee will probably be someone who isn’t even currently running.
The rules are changed by the establishment before the convention and told at the convention by their lawyers that these are the rules.
We are falsely told the rules are made at or before the convention but its a lie.
