Made the set I plan to wear at inauguration ball. I plan to make reservations at hotel in next day or so for downtown DC. I was too far away last inauguration I attended. (can always cancel if the worse occurs)

I was worried I missed some of Trump in Rome.
I had a horrible Charlie horse in my upper thigh after being up and down a ladder today.. They are incapacitating.
I read on people’s pharmacy to take mustard for those.
I screamed my way to the kitchen, found some coarse grind mustard, and just squirted it in my hand... Licked it off, and before I even swallowed it the cramping started to subside. Did some more for good measure, and within a minute it was gone.
So, I don’t know how or why it works, but it does. In case anyone gets a Charlie horse, try it.

I like when the podium is facing the outside of the hanger so we can see the plane fly by and then pull up.. but the lightening is much better in this type of set up.
