It’s appropriate because New York is a blue cesspool of liberal values where even the Republicans are huge RINOs like Peter King, Rudy Giuliani and one Donald J. Trump. Not to mention his kids who backed same-sex marriage, fund-raised for Corey Booker, are best friends with Chelsea Clinton and/or never bothered to register as Republicans.
As long as Cruz is knocked out, I don’t care which state does it. Cruz is going after little delegate numbers while losing delegate rich states like Florida and New York.
