If it’s gonna be free then no degrees courses should be offered that do not fit a JOB description!!!
Scrap all the "studies" departments and replace them with trade schools for those who flunk out because they are forced to take real courses. It's going to be tough to field a basketball or football team.

Exactly. I was thinking the same thing. No women’s studies, sociology, African American studies, liberal arts, etc. Just specific careers. Law, medicine, etc. Everything else should be vocational.
