SCOTUS will rule on this prior to the June 7 primary ballot?
Probably not. But if the case is pending at SCOTUS , CRUZ will be advised to step Aside and wait till next time The damage it would do to the RNC is he is selected as candidate and then gets a not eligible ruling would be horrendous on top of all their other issues
(He really should have taken DT advise and asked for a ruling. Now he has to wait )
