Shenanigans by clerks at the U.S. Supreme Court should have prompted an investigation by Congress, but of course, that never happened. Justice Clarence Thomas disgraced himself when he stated during a congressional subcommittee hearing regarding presidential eligibility: “We’re evading that one.” Everyone, including Thomas, all laughed.
