If I’m reading correctly rules mean absolutely NOTHING! Important delegates can be locked out of the convention by the establishment. What’s going on all over is what has always gone on.
The day of the convention the establishment can have their lawyer there and do basically anything they want.
Please read the article I posted everyone and tell what you think it means.
I think the 1237 and everything else mean nothing if the establishment has different rules and plans.
