“Today is National Barbershop Quartet Day”
I’m glad I’m female, but if there would be one reason to regret not being a man it’s so I could sing Barbershop Quartet. Sweet Adelines just doesn’t cut it.
I do like the men better as it’s more traditional. They had some ladies on this morning, too that did a fairly good job. Here’s a vid where a group of men teamed up with the ladies to sing Lida Rose from the Music Man - they had never sung together before and only had a couple of hours practice.
