Like everything else negative to Ted Cruz, I’m sure Rush Limbaugh will dutifully ignore this, or sluff it off, just like he did New Yorkers protesting Ted Cruz.
At the same time, Rush just can’t hide his smart-a$$, snarky attitude towards Trump or his supporters.

Yep and Levin will blame Trump for this and use it as an excuse to tell his little cult not to vote for Trump in the general ...
