From Rumsfeld’ s Rules: “A’s hire A’s and B’s hire C’s.” You can tell a lot about a manager by observing the people around him. For whatever reason, top talent tends to attract top talent. On the other hand, “B’s” tend to hire down, not up.

He is the guy Trump should have hired at the beginning. He will use the tactics Cruz has been using all along. That is the hilarious thing...Trump will be using the same tactics he has been calling unfair/stealing/immoral. It is what a competent manager should have done on the outset.
