The above sentence is what is fraudulent. If it is true, when was the naturalization done? I bet you that the answer is “never”, because he never needed to be naturalized. To then call him on fraud because of this obvious very controversial parsing of the law, is just a regular campaign dirty trick.
What documentation did he produce when his mother reinterred the US and under what conditions? What documentation did he use to enter school, get a driving license, register for the draft? You have seen none of those documents.
