But in addition, even Obama went to the troule to claim he was born in the US. Now it isn’t even an issue????

The guy is a constitutional attorney, he should know.....If he had any doubt he should have settled it before he ran....
Don’t like the guy...he’s a used car salesman in my opinion but unless there is a realistic court challenge I would accept that he is legal....

First, you have to make a formal filing with the US Government.
You don’t just lose your citizenship like misplacing your socks.
It is a formal, legal process. You don’t just wake up one morning and wonder “Now, where did I leave my citizenship?”
Second, Rafael Cruz, Ted Cruz’s father, later became a US citizen BASED UPON Eleanor Cruz’s citizenship.
