“I do not have a born in the US birth certificate... “

You don’t need one.

Suppose some survivalists go up into the mountains of Idaho to live off the land. They have a boy. 30 years later — with NO birth certificate from anywhere — the boy comes down out of the mountains and decides to run for President.

Is he a US citizen?

Of course.

Does he have a birth certificate?

NOPE.

But he is still a natural born citizen.

How many people living in the frontier and wilderness in the days our Founders wrote the Constitution had birth certificates?

Very few.

‘Natural born’ US citizenship has three requirements: Two US citizen parents giving birth to their child on US soil... “

That’s only your fantasy.

Your fantasy has no connection with reality or connection to the US Constitution.

WHERE in the Constitution does it say what you claim?

” No one has the Constitutional authority, no not even Harvard Law schooled Cruz, to subvert the peoples Constitution.”

No one is subverting the Constitution.

The Constitution DOES NOT SAY what you want it to say.

You want it.

The Constitution DOES NOT SAY IT as you want it.

Frankly, it is you who are subverting the Constitution by imposing YOUR views on the Constitution.

“That is the ‘natural’ part that no Act of Congress or court can give or take... “

Where is that in the Constitution?

The Constitution explicitly gives Congress the power to define citizenship.

You are out to liberalville. There is NO authority given to Congress or any court to give or take ‘natural born’ US citizenship. NONE. IF Congress had that power old Mitch the Senate would have passed such a resolution for the natural born Canadian Ted Cruz.

You have NO right to mess with ‘original intent’. GET over yourself.
