The other cases brought by citizen voters have been thrown out on the standing issue. In this newest challenge, the petitioner has Competitor Candidate Standing, as he has filed as a write-in candidate for POTUS, thus overcoming the standing issue.

This is not a “standing case”. This is ballot fraud under administrative law. Everyone is so confused here.

“The other cases brought by citizen voters have been thrown out on the standing issue.”

That is not correct. The Pennsylvania court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled on the substance that Ted Cruz is a natural born citizen — after hearing all of the silly, bogus arguments against eligibility.

“In this newest challenge, the petitioner has Competitor Candidate Standing, as he has filed as a write-in candidate for POTUS, thus overcoming the standing issue.”

No, he does not have standing.

First, the courts have already ruled that another candidate does NOT have standing.

Alan Keyes as a candidate for President alongside Barack Obama on the ballot was found not to have standing.

The argument is if you don’t think Ted Cruz is eligible, DON’T VOTE FOR HIM.

So there is no standing.

Second, the fact that the plaintiff has transparently CONTRIVED an attempt at standing is also fatal to his case.
