from the article, which btw, I had already read at the original link, states for the record,

“People have written asking about this witness numerous times since. The above dialogue is held by North American Law Center in the form of a sworn affidavit.”

Now if there is audio, it would NOT divulge or compromise the identity of the person who supposedly interviewed Cruz in 2012. So why not release the audio? Really, I have taken video and transferred it to audio many times and these files are easily editable so to hide the identity of any person in the interview. So I stand as originally stated, unless audio or video proof comes forward, this is nothing but hearsay, inadmissible in any court of law because there is no evidentiary witness (another person/audio/video) to corroborate it.
