The Senate has no say in the issue of ineligibility of a foreign born US citizen, any way. Absolutely none.
Technically I completely agree... but, that did not stop the Senate from sprinkling stardust over lord McCain... Cruz's attempt to get Mitch the Senate to resolve him eligible tells the truth... Cruz knows he is not eligible to hold the office, but, like everything else about Cruz he was born to deceive.
