No. Least populated region is north of Sacramento, regardless of which candidate is ahead. Clearly, Trump will likely win most areas of California. But, Inland Empire is nothing to sneeze at. I’d guess Trump gets about 50-60% of delegates, Cruz 30-40% and Kasich the rest.
