I believe in Texas you are charged as an adult at age 17.

Any sentence in the big house will be good enough. Things have a way of working out.

What an absurd statement!

You cannot grasp the difference between cannot and CHOOSE NOT TO??

All Societies from the most primitive to the most "enlightened" have, not only the right, but the obligation to protect the innocent and the non killers among those societies.

Volumes have been written on that conundrum by social philosophers since time began.

That some societies choose (or are imposed on them) dull, stupid, dogmatic or arbitrary leaders, it is a crime, and a crime that the general population has a right to correct, by any means necessary.
