Many have and they have lost.
Case A: On the web. Women from a national gym club demands the cross-dresser man not be allowed in the women’s locker room. She complains to management and insights other members to inform management of their disapproval.
Result: Her gym membership is cancelled. The dude gets to stay. She sues the gym for loss of membership. Final outcome, unknown.
Case B: From the 7PM news. Similar to A. Large 270 pounder is found repeatedly in women’s gym locker room. He arrives dressed as a male and enters the men’s locker room. He exits into the pool area and uses the pool entry to the women’s bath room and shower area. He then enters the handicapped stall where he changes from men’s attire into women’s pink midriff and tight shorts attire. He’s built like a Santa s Claus, but stuffed in a bikini with long stringy grey hair and pink lipstick.
Women scream and yell for the management several times a month. Management is well aware of the situation. Their explanation is that he has presented a letter from his attorney. It states that he is now a woman and shall not be subjected to any form of harassment or he will pursue legal action. He legally changed his driver’s license to ‘Female’ and this allows him women’s rights. The business does not want a lawsuit. They have done nothing to protect the 99.99% of the other women and girl’s safety or modesty standards.
Case C. Same national gym chain as Case B, but 2,000 miles away. 6’3” man dresses as 1950’s cheerleader. He spends 90% of his gym time with his crotch fully exposed. He is either in a handstand or backbend in the center of the gym blocking the aisle ways in front of the treadmills. Sometimes he brings his mini-me cross-dresser teenage son along and they perform together. It is unknown whether they use the men’s or women’s facilities. But they are allowed to block the general walkways on a regular basis.
Why conceal the name of national chain? Is this the YMCA?
Guess we got our work cut out for us, don’t we?
Time to clean up the gene pool.
There was a time when the men of the village would have taken care of these things...offline.
If you know about these, why do I keep reading articles that say cross-dressers...transgenders pose no threat in the bathroom? Isn’t that what the SC governor said?
