That doesn’t match what Guccifer said in Romania. He wants to talk. It’s taken quite a while for the FBI to get permission to bring him to this country. I don’t think taking a deposition there is the same as testifying in front of a jury. He’ll be able to provide testimony about what he’s read and possibly provide copies of the material from the cloud.

This looks like an end run around Hillary’s defense. Guccifer’s lawyer will have no reason to object to the prosecution’s questions. That means every thing Guccifer learned about Hillary’s racketeering will be public record. The FBI probably started deposing Guccifer under oath the day after he arrived.

Keep in mind Guccifer has already been indicted. His testimony plus the details from Pagliano don’t bode well for Hillary.

I hope what you say is going to happen. It doesn’t matter whether he has already been indicted. It only matters if he has been given immunity or has already cut a deal on the US charges. That could easily happen or have already happened. IMHO I think it is more likely that the DOJ is just using this as a false flag event and nothing ever happens. Guccifer may want to testify but if the DOJ does not call him before the court then he will not get to speak at all. 18 months is too long to wait for the damage. The DOJ could have easily struck a deal with him while he was in Europe but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Obama runs the DOJ thru Lynch.
