This is really simple.

Americans citizens in 1970 could not own a business in Canada.

Sen.Ted Cruz has publicly stated that his parents owned a business in Calgary, Canada. They were both registered to vote in Canada.

When he was born in Calgary, he was registered as a Canadian citizen. Mom Eleanor was no longer a US citizen.

Little Ted and Mom Eleanor flew into TX (1974) using her birth certificate as an entry document. (Canada - USA dual citizenship was not recognized until 19770).

Canadians are not eligible to be Senators or President/VP.

I remembering reading something about Americans not being allowed to own businesses in Canada at that time. So both his parents owned the business.

Someone should force Cruz to make all citizenship documents for himself and his mother public. Our country’s justice system (hahahahaha) is rotten to the core, along with the three branches of fedgov. I’m constantly sick at heart.

This run for president will cost Ted the Senate seat... and there may be criminal charges filed for felony election fraud... as a Senator is in the line of succession, and cannot be other than natural born.

Sen Cruz’s father became a Canadian citizen in 1973. There is no record presented so far by anyone that Sen Cruz’s mother gave up her citizenship.
