I would rather have them carrying weapons than providing them with designated “Shelter in Place” locations, as I saw at Dover AFB a couple of years ago.

You mean designating a place for them to hide in does not make sense. They could have arrows or flashing signs pointing the way to the shelter for them. This would make it safe for them to find.
Then they could be huddled up like little sheep for the gunmen to find.
These people, especially the joint chiefs of staffs because they are sell outs, make me sick. They could not come up with a solution to save their souls. I would rather have some new striped corporals in there places than the stars.
Sell outs that have answered the question that they would shoot Americans when ordered to.
