Trump will not get to 1237

You may not know it, but it’s true.

You sound like every Democrat journalist in every election since I've been on FR, Iowa David.

The taunting, the mocking, the mind games, the "We're gonna get ya! WE'RE GONNA GET YA!!!".

Cruz went GOPee, and the Democrats crossed over for Ted in Wisconsin.

Now we know WHY you cruzers sound like Democrats... LOL! :)

In my conservative neighborhood, the Trumpskyists got out voted 22 to 6.

LOL! The Colorado dopers are all in for Ted, the Unipatsy. :)

You can take it up the Denver post: Out 597 Colorado political activist 60% vying to be a delegate would wait until the convention to pick a candidate, and the other 40% said they would favor a candidate with Cruz getting 30% of that unbound pledge. That’s not ‘most or everyone.

That doesn't mean 60% of the delegates will go to the convention unpledged - it means 60% that are trying to be delegates would go unpledged if selected. But Cruz has proven to be very effective in getting candidates that support him selected as delegates, so he could possibly get ALL of the delegates from CO selected out of the 40% of candidates that support him.

Why don’t you tell the class all about the “conservatism” of Trump insiders Roy Cohn and Roger Stone?

“In 1996, Stone resigned from a post as a volunteer spokesman in Senator Bob Dole’s campaign for president after The National Enquirer wrote that Stone had placed ads and pictures in racy swingers publications and a website seeking sexual partners for himself and his second wife, Nydia Bertrane Stone”

I was speaking about the pall of recreational dope over Colorado in general.

You all share the same air. LOL! :)

And I was speaking of the Conservative city I live in where my neighborhood precinct outvoted the amoral Trumpskyists 22 to 6.

But you go ahead and blow that smoke out of the Southern orifice of your digestive tract since it’s in your nature to do so.

It’s still a free country.

And Trump supporters just assume that he’s suddenly going to have a great ground game in November. His ground game is terrible and that’s just another reason why Cruz is a better candidate in the general. Superior ground game and polling against the dems.

It’s seriously pathetic that Trump can’t even get organized enough to present a full slate of delegates.

It figures that Coreless Cartel Cruz would win a corn field in the North when his “firewall” was the South, until burned to the ground by The Man, on the night old Dixie fell.

Wanna talk neighborhoods in the South, like South Carolina?

Hoot.

Ahhh, butt hurt?

TRUMP has spotted Coreless Cartel Cruz a whole ground game for months, and still blistered his nether region.

Squat now and watch. TRUMP is ready, and he has called in the Big Fish now, to play war games in the weeds with CCC.

(Rubbing hands together!)

SELECT Concepts
FROM Trump
WHERE ConceptType = ‘CONSERVATIVE’
AND IsMoral=True

We ran that query up here and came up with this result set:

{null}

What result set did you get from your neighborhood abacus?

They’re not going to vote for Trump, because Cruz will have outworked, outplayed Trump.

Not only that but personally knowing some of these Cruz delegates-Trump (and his supporters) have waged a scorched earth campaign for months.

DON’T THINK SO.

No, he is not getting "outplayed or outworked" because Trump is not trying in CO as he doesn't need any delegates out of Colorado. You should know why? I'll tell you why because Trump is about to win the last 6 states to close out the month of April. You know the states that Trump is about to win are NY, PA, DE, MD, RI, and CT. Trump is about to add to his total of delegates won, and he will have more than 400 delegates more than Cruz.

We’ll see.. I’ll bet in the end Trump will be begging delegates to support him.

PA has less bound delegates than RI. RI is proportional for anyone who gets over 10%. So the absolute best Trump gets there is a little over 200. And then the map looks very shaky for Trump, with only West Virginia and New Jersey out of 10 states being probable wins. So Trump might be a little over 1,000 and then needing to sweep California’s districts to get close enough to 1237 that he might be able to finagle enough unbound delegates to his side at the convention.

Does anyone know (I don’t) whether Trump got a full slate of prospective delegates filed in NJ by the deadline last Monday? It was reported on FR last Sunday than he had less than half his potential slots filed with only one day to go. Not getting delegates filed in CO where he apparently is weak is one thing, losing delegated in NJ for lack of filing by a candidate from NY with Gov. Christie’s backing would seem inconceivable even for the disorganized Trump campaign. I’m presuming they beat the deadline, but I haven’t been able to confirm it.

Loved the way Cruz got a bunch of Democrat crossovers to vote for him in key WI social squish counties on Tuesday.

Rita, you know any reason why exactly Democrats would vote for Ted Cruz in Wisconsin, instead of Donald Trump?

You'd think that with Trump being such a pushover in the general, there'd be a YUGE Democrat "combover" vote in a key state like Wisconsin.

Instead, they voted for Ted. Go figure... :)

Trump got a full slate of New Jersey delegates. It is led by Gov. Chris Christie and his son.
