Again, that is YOUR opinion. But, that isn’t how I read those cases. On one case, Cruz asked for the case to be remanded back to the state, and they did - that is a win. Although you and several others consider that a loss.

To me, a partial win at the Supreme Court, is a win.

I don’t really have an opinion. I researched the court cases and the findings are listed by the SC as for the plaintiff or for the defendant so its pretty straight forward.

Global-Tech Appliances, Inc. v. SEB S.A. won Cruz

5–4 decision for Patrick Kennedy

6–3 decision for Texas (Medellin 2nd appearance)

6–3 decision for Doug Dretke

6–3 decision for Texas

5–4 decision for Scott Louis Panetti

5–4 decision for LaRoyce Lathair Smith

5–4 decision for Rick Perry, Governor of Texas, et al.
Medellín v. Dretke
Decision Per Curiam opinion In a 5-4 per curiam opinion, the Court held that Medellin had not exhausted his state court appeals and sent the case back to Texas state court.

6–3 decision for Doug Dretke
