New York is not a proportional state. It’s a winner-take-most state.

There is no district in which Trump is not winning, so at this point he takes all 95 delegates.

And Cruz is BEHIND John Kasich.

Just like Cruz didn’t win all the delegates in WI, he will maybe get 6 out if NY...even Kasich is ahead of him in the polls.
