Cruz will get delegates and keep DT under 50%. He is getting excellent response. BTW - he has not lead a cheer against his opponent or trashed anyone! Impressive.
It’s just a numbers game. If Trump is polling at 50% state wide it’s very unlikely he’s going to be down at 25% in any CD. Cruz might pick up an odd CD but that’s it. Kasich is really costing Cruz in northern states big time.
