None of these laws are enforceable, unless they are willing to have a police officer at the entrance to all bathrooms checking ID cards, and directing the holder to the room designated for his/her sex.And not every trans woman looks like John Lithgow in World According to Garp. There's trannies these days with full beards who'd likely get their asses kicked if they were caught using the bathroom in accordance to the sex on their driver's license.
