I have privilege.
My parents were married and stayed married. I had the family privilege of growing up with two annoying but good role models.
I got a job, then got married, then had kids, so my children had the privilege of growing up in a stable home.
I showed up for work on time and worked hard for at least 8 hours a day (10-14 hours a day when I started my own business), so I had wealth privilege.
I followed God’s guidance, which is both law and infinitely wise, so I had the relationship privilege of a stable marriage rather than dealing with the failed nonsense that continues to fail even when given new names and a ceremony almost like a real marriage, so I have the normal privilege that comes with not embracing mental illness.
I am indifferent to race, so others respond to me as a person rather than as a stereotype, which means I have “white” privilege, but my black neighbors who don’t care any more about their skin color than I do have the same privilege.
Mostly, I believe in personal responsibility, so I have the most powerful privilege of all - conservative privilege.
What do liberals have? They are disabled by their belief that someone else should take care of them and are unable to care for themselves. That’s why productive people pay taxes to cover welfare - to support those with Liberal Loser Privilege.
Excellent post. I agree wholeheartedly!
