The dominant argument she and her minions have always reverted to in her past scandals was that “there is no evidence” and in this case I suspect she will resurrect it again as a public defense that “there is no evidence that any secrets were compromised” as if any country would step forward and admit to hacking. Keep in mind though that the only reason we know of her emails is because Gucifer brought it to the worlds attention when he hacked her system. And if a private citizen could do it certainly if not one but all of those countries mentioned in the story and there armies of intelligence gatherers certainly must have as well.

She wanted to conduct government business outside of the sterilizing effects of sunlight. That she might endanger national security didn’t matter to her.
