Ronald Reagan? Nah, too old.
George Bush? Getting warmer. Yeah, Bush would be good.
But is he the best? Um, no. Best would be Howard Baker.
George Will is almost as great a conservative as the esteemed Charles Krauthammer, who was still trying to help the Mondale Democrats defeat Ronald Reagan in 1984.
