As the Bible says, the fool has said in his heart there is no God. George Will is an atheist and thus a fool. And he aptly shows his folly in this article, which is nothing more than a bitter, biting attack on Trump. My guess is by the end of the month, Lyin’ Ted is going to be a humbler dude.
If Trump loses New York or comes in under Cruz’s performance in Texas then he may be fading. If Cruz fails to gain 25 percent of the vote he should be history.
After New York I do not believe their is a state Cruz can win before Indiana in early May. That will mean Cruz lost seven primaries after Wisconsin. any momentum will be gone.
At least Trump still has his real hair.
well.. at least some of it is real.
I agree about George Will.
“If Trump doesn’t win it himself, then no, it’s not stealing”.
Well, if the GOPe uses the RULES to give it to Kasich, I’m sure you will think its just peachy...
“I vote for Trump or I dont vote or I vote for the democrat”.
My sentiments, also.
Trump is a world-class complainer (he is never being treated fairly) but a bush league preparer. A nomination contest poses policy and process tests, and he is flunking both.
Regarding policy, he is flummoxed by predictable abortion questions because he has been pro-life for only 15 minutes, and because he has lived almost seven decades without giving a scintilla of thought to any serious policy question. Regarding process, Trump, who recently took a week-long vacation from campaigning, has surfed a wave of free media to the mistaken conclusion that winning a nomination involves no more forethought than he gives to policy. He thinks he can fly in, stroke a crowds ideological erogenous zones, then fly away. He knows nothing about the art of the political deal.
The nomination process, says Jeff Roe, Cruzs campaign manager, is a multilevel Rubiks Cube. Trump thought it was a golf ball you just had to whack it. Roe says the Cruz campaigns engagement with the granular details of delegate maintenance is producing a situation where the guy who is trying to hijack the party runs into a guy with a machine gun.
Trump, the perpetually whining winner, last won something on March 22, in Arizona. Trump, says Roe, is now bound by his brand rather than propelled by his brand. If Trump comes to Cleveland, say, 38 delegates short of 1,237, he will lose. Cruz probably will be proportionally closer to Trump than Lincoln (102 delegates) was to William Seward (173.5) who was 60 delegates short of victory on the first of three ballots at the 1860 convention.

My, my, little Georgie Will has his panties in a bunch! One would almost hope for a Trump victory just to see how much bile he can spew forth when it happens. ;-)
I’m not interested in seeing your ball.
How revealing that you like the most left-wing major newspaper in that city.
Ah, 2nd, I linked Drudge. Guess you will have to take it up with him.
I don't think he's ever gotten over it.
“Trump will have 500-600 more delegates than Cruz, and 3,500,000 + million more votes, but Cruz winning is not Stealing. Yeah, right.”
Only a politician would see doing that as ethical.
It would be overriding the will of the people, which us exactly why so many people flocked to Trump in the first place - the GOPe has used and ignored us.
And Cruz somehow thinks behaving exactly like the establishment will somehow endear him to voters?
Hillary wins.
George Will knows what’s best for us. Just ask him. And if you can stay awake long enough to hear what he is saying, you too will realize that he really is an arrogant, pompous ass.
1237 is an arbitrary number.
It should be the one with the most votes.
I agree 100%. I bet he was the equipment manager of the baseball team. That's why he wrote a book on it.
dirty politics. Cruz can’t win honestly so cheats. It started in Iowa and hasn’t stopped. And he promised to run a clean campaign, LOL! So much for Christian values.
Trump is going to win the nomination outright, so Cruz’s efforts to steal it at the convention are a waste of time.
He will.
